Terms of registration

The conference organizer is Meet Central Europe, s.r.o.,
Karpatske namestie 10A, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia, VAT ID: HU30757523 also referred to as MCE.

To qualify for an Early-bird rate, you must register by midnight on 15 June 2023 CEST.

The fees include the registration to the online event app/website.

All our prices exclude VAT which must be added to your invoice according to Hungarian VAT law. If you are VAT registered, please insert your VAT registration number in the field “Tax Number”.

Payment must be made by bank transfer within 3 days upon receipt of the order.

All bank transfer charges will be paid by the buyer.

Upon receiving the payment in full, an invoice will be emailed to an address provided during registration.

Cancellation

It is possible to cancel your registration and refunds (less a €30 processing fee) will be made in accordance with the following schedule:

Up to four weeks before the event (Monday, 18 September 2023): 100% refund.
Two weeks before the event (Monday, 2 October 2023): 50% refund.

Within two weeks of the event: Refunds are not available. In certain cases, a credit for the following year’s conference may be given.

No refunds or credits will be granted for ‘no-shows’.

Substitution registrations will be accepted.

All requests for cancellation, refunds or to arrange substitutions must be emailed to hello@meetcentraleurope.com.
